1. Made-to-Order Products
All products on www.cocovonprint.com are custom-made to order and fulfilled through Printify, our third-party print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing errors, damages, or incorrect items.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We offer free replacements or refunds for products that are defective, damaged, or contain manufacturing errors. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the following conditions must be met:
• The product is damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error (e.g., printing mistakes, incorrect designs, wrong sizes).
• You must contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Proof of damage or error (e.g., photos of the defective product) must be provided.
